Once upon a time, when all was right in the running world, a 1 Hour Run was part of the regular summer schedule. The difference was, it was on a Track.   Now, we don't see this event occuring too often.  We have tried to keep this Summer Time Fun Event available to one and all!

If you've never tried it, come on out!!  We have water available every 400 meters.  You're split time will be given every 400 meters and recorded.  Some people come out just to hang for an hour and talk about running.  And you never know what kind of summer evening it will be!!
